Joel Ofori Bonsu, known popularly as Olivetheboy, is a Ghanaian Afrobeats singer and song writer who hails from Konongo in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He rose to fame in May, 2023 after Goodsin, a single on his album Avana became a trend on tiktok. He is currently signed to Loop Music.

Olive had his senior high school education at Opoku Ware Senior High School in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He is currently having is tertiary eduaction at the University of Ghana.
Career
He started doing music officially in 2020, after he graduated from high school.
In May, 2023, a single on his Avanna Ep got blown on Tiktok after a Ghanaian Dancer, Endurance Grand created a challenge on it. On June 5, 2023, the song became the most shazamed song in Nigeria and Ghana.
