Gina Nadira Miller (born 19 April 1965), known as Gina Miller, is a Guyanese-British businesswoman and activist who hails from British Guiana. She is renowned for initiating the 2016 R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union court case against the British government over its authority to implement Brexit without approval from Parliament.
